Renovating a residence over 45 years old is akin to conducting an intensive deep clean. Beyond upgrading outdated plumbing and electrical systems, it required addressing persistent issues like leakage and waterproofing with precision. We’re deeply grateful for the client’s patience and understanding of our commitment to perfecting these foundational tasks, giving this space a chance to be reborn with a fresh and renewed spirit.
